This letter is in reference to Ashleigh Parkinson. She was a player under my direction during her eighth grade year at Sheridan Middle School.
Athletically, Ashleigh is very talented. She has good size and quickness. She can play many different positions on the basketball team. She has good ball handling skills, rebounding techniques, and a great passer. She possesses talents that can challenge players older than her.
Personally, she is a very hard worker with an intense desire to be the best at what she does. She is an excellent teammate, on and off the court. She is very responsible, punctual, and trustworthy, has a good sense of humor and is extremely coachable.
Ashleigh would be and excellent candidate for any basketball team. If you have any further questions feel free to call me at 740-743-1932
Sincerely,

"Ashleigh made an immediate impact on the varsity team this season as a freshman. As a 6-1 guard, she has the versatility to not only handle the ball and score from the perimeter, but she also creates a lot of mismatch situations where she can post up and score inside. Defensively, her quickness and length give her the ability to defend the perimeter players just as effective as post players. She finished her freshman season as our leading scorer, rebounder, leading free throw percentage shooter, and in three-point field goals. With her dedication and work ethic in the off-season, there's no doubt she's going to continue to improve her skills."
